Once you get clear and have some direction, you will want to take sustained, inspired action. Here is where accountabilty and support comes in. Making change is a process. I require a three month initial commitment.

Energy medicine coaching session $95
This 75 minute session will support you in connecting deeply to the wisdom of your body and creating positive change in your health and life. Using energy medicine and body awareness, this unique session allows you to get the benefits of energy work and coaching in one session!

Email Coaching per month $75
We will create your intentions and goals and you will have the accountability of checking in via email weekly. I will offer feedback, ask insightful questions and support you in moving forward. Perfect for those on a budget or who just need a little extra encouragement.
