The Divine Feminine is Rising
Life is sweet. I have my health, enough money, settled in my relationship with my hubby of 50 years and even enjoying each other. I make sure I get time alone.
I’m writing about the Divine Feminine Rising on the planet.
We are evolving.
Women are speaking up. The #Me too movement in the US and around the world have toppled men in positions of power who have used their power to take advantage of female employees. There was a backlash when Supreme Court nominee, Bret Cavanaugh was confirmed after being accused of sexual abuse and heavy alcohol consumption when he was in High School.
The divine feminine is rising.
A record number of progressive women are running for office, having heard the call of Senator Kiersten Gillibrand to “Get off the sidelines”. I have been volunteering in a number of these
races to help get them elected. Their message is protecting children, the environment and universal healthcare for all.
This is the voice of the Goddess and the Great Mother.
A group of women In India called The Gulabi Gang march down the street in pink Saris to say we are here-
we are strong and we will no longer accept forced marriages and honor killing.
Women are joining together and honoring each other.
When we join together, we have within us a power, a sacred, creative force that wants to flow.
Awake in some, dormant in others, always waiting to uncoil and rise.
